Saroj Securities is committed to addressing investor complaints and grievances in a fair, transparent and timely manner.
Any complaint received from a client is recorded in the complaint register and worked upon by the Customer Care Executive for resolution. The complaint is examined based on the facts and documents available, and the client is provided with an appropriate response/resolution within 7 working days.
In case the complaint is not resolved within 7 working days, or to the client's satisfaction, the matter is escalated to the First Escalation Officer designated for further review and resolution.
In case the complaint is not resolved within the next 7 working days, or to the client's satisfaction, the matter is escalated to the Managing Partner / Final Escalation Officer designated for review and resolution.
The complaint is first registered and reviewed by Customer Care based on the available facts and documents.
If the complaint is not resolved within 7 working days, or to the client's satisfaction, it is escalated for further review.
If the grievance remains unresolved or the client is dissatisfied, the matter is escalated to the Managing Partner / Final Escalation Officer.
Yes. The grievance redressal process is communicated/disclosed to clients through display on the website.
Yes. We provide reasonable assistance to investors in registering and resolving their grievances/complaints.
Wherever required, we also coordinate with the concerned Asset Management Company (AMC), Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), or other relevant intermediary to facilitate resolution of the complaint and provide the necessary information/documents.
